Senior QA Engineer

<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p></p><p>As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will be part of an agile squad, collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. You will contribute to the squad’s automation strategy, implement test solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p></p><p>The Expertise we are looking for:</p><ul><li>6  Years + Experience in Testing and Test Automation</li><li>Strong experience with Agile methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in front-end automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright preferred).</li><li>Experience with <span>JavaScript/TypeScript</span> or Java.</li><li>API testing experience using tools like Postman, REST-assured/Karate.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience with Jira, Xray, or similar tools.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design and implement automated test solutions for UI and API layers.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure testability of features.</li><li>Lead test planning and execution for complex features.</li><li>Mentor junior QEs and contribute to knowledge sharing.</li><li>Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and test automation maintenance.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and tools.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>How Your Work Impacts the Organization</p><p></p><p>Fidelity's Workplace Investing product areas provide recordkeeping and brokerage solutions to help employers manage their equity compensation plans.</p><p>We are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that exceed our customer’s needs.
