Job Description:

• Manage the Aftermarket service calls and remote support to customers.
• Respond to and resolve warranty requests.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive aftermarket marketing strategy for services.
• Direct profit and loss responsibility for JR Automation aftermarket activities, including field service, Remote services and modernization.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a robust new business pipeline within the Aftermarket service and engineering sector.
• Manage service calls from customers while maintaining day to day customer relations.
• Create and conduct employee and customer training.
• Measure and correct customer interaction behavior.
• Develop and implement service contracts including preventative and predictive maintenance and remote machine monitoring.
• Lead a team of technicians and engineers; coach and mentor a team to establish and improve communication between departments and external customers, suppliers, etc.
• Instill a reputation and passion for best in industry customer service.
• Strong technical skills and ability to think analytically.  Embraces a good understanding and motivation to meet the current needs of our customers but is also able to look into the future and anticipate needs.
• Represent JR Automation services in customer meetings.
• Work across organization and divisions to encourage teamwork and a sense of partnership by sharing best practices tools and processes. Empower the team to achieve desired results.
