Site Reliability Engineer - Observability (Lisbon or Porto based)

Tasks

• Be Observability Expert/Evangelist
• Create: SLOs, Metrics, Tech Debt, bugs
• Define standards and raise awareness, best practice with product team/squad, lead and enable the right outcomes for customers
• Understand how to define and implement Business metrics that represents Business & Customer outcomes, working with product team, and implement them (in code and in observability stack)
• Embedded into the Product Team/Squads (or subdomain)
• Define/create/implement standard metrics (frontend web, mobile app, microservices, strapi, infra & Apigee)
• Define/create/implement standard SLOs.
• Work with SRE Platform team to automate implementation of above.
• Define/create/identify/implement business metrics for each MSA (working closely with squads and product/business owner)
• Create backlog items for squads
• Define/create/identify/implement SLO for each metric.
• Provide training/support to squad as to how to create them in Dynatrace
