Lucid is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Quality Finance to provide financial leadership, drive operational efficiency, and optimize profitability. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts for both direct and indirect procurement areas, fostering close collaboration with operating business partners and finance peers to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
  • Implement action-oriented financial reporting, including variance analyses and explanations, to facilitate data-driven decision-making and enable proactive adjustments to optimize manufacturing quality and efficiency
  • Analyze financial results in collaboration with Supply Chain and Quality leadership to identify growth opportunities, uncover valuable cost reduction strategies and drive profitability improvements
  • Develop sourcing targets for current production vehicles and forward model programs.
  • Lead the identification and execution of actions to achieve commercial financial targets, working closely with the Supply Chain Organization and Quality teams to align financial objectives with quality objectives.
  • Partner with Legal and Supply Chain to negotiate optimal deal structures, business terms, and supplier agreements that uphold the highest quality standards and minimize risk exposure for the Company
  • Collaborate with Legal, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to design and implement transformative systems changes that enhance the efficiency of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and quality control processes 
  • Introduce processes and tools to effectively manage non-production spending.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or technical field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within a global enterprise.
  • 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience supporting or analyzing supply chain/procurement activities, with automotive background being a plus.
  • Strong passion for the business, building high-performing teams, and driving organizational growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, driven by intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.·       California (Bay Area) - $154,000 – $220,000 Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
