IT/Networking Field Service Representative (FSR) - Niagara Software

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for an IT/Networking Field Service Representative (FSR) - Niagara Software to support our Army customer on Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities include: The FSR - Niagara Software is responsible for assisting in the optimization of an energy program's metering and control systems, as well as training Energy Specialists on those systems. The FSR works with Facilities and Maintenance Directors to address mechanical and control issues for buildings and will provide customer support and work with the project engineers, other system engineers and end-users, to assist in developing cost effective methods for an efficient Utility controls design and system solution. Additional duties include working with essential/key team members to understand their systems requirements to ensure the correct IP infrastructure, points list, critical alarms, and scaling set points are integrated as designed and properly addressing TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications across multiple protocols including BACnet, Lon, and Modbus. Knowledge/understanding of Utility Control Systems.Understand electrical and mechanical schematic diagrams, control diagrams, prints, building operations, and understanding of electrical theory,Knowledge of ICS, SCADA, BMS, PLC and Metering systems and how they operate. The FSR will need to follow QA procedures to ensure quality control performed by others is properly implemented throughout projects, write detailed daily reports pertaining to jobsite milestones, and perform inspections and testing of utility monitoring systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of related work experience
• Experience with Tridium Niagara software
• Ability to integrate points in Niagara N4
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT/OT in an operational environment
• Field service experience with one or more of these: Metasys, Niagra, Rockwell Factory Talk; Tridium; Schneider Electric: Powerlogic/Struxureware; Siemens: Apogee; Ignition: Inductive Automation; Eaton Networks; Field Servers; Jace Controllers; Bacnet; Niagara

Required Education: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
