The JOB:
As a Banquet Bartender you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Banquet team proudly showcase our meeting space and food & beverage creations through events that range from business meetings to weddings. The Banquet Bartender is a role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
JOB Duties:
Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beers, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily function sheet.
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" Policies.
Read and understand all particulars of Banquet Event Orders, including start times and beverage requirements.
After functions, remove inventory and all beverages equipment to proper storage.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests, co-workers and management.
Respond to the Banquet Captain's instructions and directions.

Requirements
Prior Bartending skills required.
Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS certified.
Must have basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation and services of various alcoholic beverages.
Ability to operate point of sales.
Must be neat, clean and well-groomed at all times.
Fully knowledgeable in drink recipes.
Knowledge of Laws of liquor service.
Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. on regular basis.
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time
