Description

Be a part of Everi's FinTech Payment Development team helping to support Everi products in casinos nationwide! You'll be an integral part of the team helping to ensure Everi products within the casino are functioning at their full potential. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in Mobile Apps configuration and backend troubleshooting to help us launch mobile apps and provide support for existing 30+ apps.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Manage requests from internal and external clients, including gathering technical details, document requirements, identifying gaps, and providing solutions remotely
• Installation of mobile application
• Supporting teams with escalations on loyalty products throughout the company
• Mobile applications product configuration and troubleshooting 
• Backend and boundary Fintech systems troubleshooting 
• Manage software version updates, bug fixes, patches, enhancements, hardware deployment and installation. 
• Monitoring of Mobile apps health KPIs 

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a related field required
• 4+ years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and system environment
• Experience in Mobile Apps configuration and backend troubleshooting 
• Advanced experience in SQLdatabases
• Experience in Azure Cloud and networking 
• Some experience in programming, helping with debugging, and troubleshooting issues (Note this is not a developer role)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently without much supervision 
• Prior experience in gaming industry is preferred 
• Application support experience preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 92,800- $107,500 annually.
