The Digital Technology Program Management Office is currently searching for a summer 2026 intern.  Responsibilities include facilitating project tasks with various functional organizations, project forecasting, tracking progress, identifying, recommending resolutions, escalating project problems, creation of test cases, leading testing session. This is a hybrid role, based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. This role may be eligible for relocation.

What You Will Do:

• You will apply project management and agile principles including project financial management, scope and schedule management to ensure on time delivery of capabilities that meet customer requirements.
• You will manage multiple aspects of projects through effective organization, prioritization, and time management practices to meet project objectives.
• You will utilize critical problem solving, variance, and root cause analysis techniques.
• You will summarize and present key information to stakeholders and senior leadership enabling them to make decisions.
• You will participate in continuous process improvement and CORE initiatives.

What You Will Learn:

• You will learn Waterfall and Agile Project Management principles.
• You will gain hands on experience with project management and collaboration tools
• You will learn to create and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• You will be collaborating across teams and organizations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong Collaboration skills.
• Data collection, analysis, assessment.
