Senior Associate – Home Lending Optimization & Solutions Group

Job Summary

As a Data Visualization Associate, you will be an integral part of our Home Lending Optimization and Solutions Group. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that illuminate trends, identify opportunities, and guide strategic initiatives. Bring your expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, to make a direct impact on how we view and interpret data to drive innovation and growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with thought leaders and subject matter experts to interpret and analyze complex business problems.
• Develop presentation materials that communicate business insights and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.
• Participate in Generative AI initiatives and lead optimization projects.
• Create and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes.
• Ensure all outputs adhere to Chase's branding and communication standards.
• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to coordinate projects and manage timelines.
• Keep pace with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and project management.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field
• Three years of experience in a consulting role
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and create professional, impactful presentation materials
• Ability to navigate a fast pace environment to meet senior-level objectives 
• Proficiency in various presentation tools and software such as Excel and PowerPoint 
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Concise communication style

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Previous experience in the financial services industry and/or home lending
• Experience with AI technologies and optimization methodologies
