The position is a dual-role, with responsibilities split between the retail pharmacy at the Hubertus Clinic and coverage at other retail pharmacy locations as needed. The work schedule includes alternating weekends and occasional holidays at different sites.
Hubertus Pharmacy Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Sunday: closed
Float hours will vary based on staffing needs at other locations.
Pay Range:
$54.90 - $82.35Major Responsibilities:
Oversees pharmaceutical care, including retrieving and evaluating biomedical literature and designing medication therapy regimens
Uses effective patient education techniques to provide counseling to patients and caregivers, including information on medication therapy, adverse effects, compliance, appropriate use, handling, and medication administration
Designs, recommends, monitors, and evaluates patient specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens based on relevant biomedical literature. Implements recommendations effectiv
