Great opportunity to join a fun, teamwork-oriented organization! FC Parking & Hospitality provides valet, guest service, and shuttle transportation services to healthcare facilities, hotels, restaurants, and more. Our valuable Field Supervisors travel to regional locations (<30 miles) and audit operations to identify areas of improvement. These company leaders train, coach, and keep our team motivated,
while ensuring policies and expectations are followed. 


$20.00 per hour PLUS $$Tips and $75.00 weekly fuel stipend!!!      
MONDAY through FRIDAY
Computer and administrative skills are a must as this job requires field administrative work with MS Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications
6+ years of management experience
Previous valet or fleet management experience
COVID-19 VACCINATION
Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills
High school or equivalent. College preferred, but not required with sufficient management experience.
Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
40-50hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
Ability to maintain a staff with the goal of 5-star experience for patients and guests
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and driving test
3yrs continuous Driver's License experience
License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
No major moving violations within the last 3 years
No alcohol or drug related violations within the last 3 years

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8 hour shift
Tolerance for inclement weather 
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time
Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
