Principal Financial Analyst - OCI Workload Health

In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, working on a variety of special projects that are critical to OCI’s success. You will leverage your financial acumen and analytical skills to conduct research, develop solutions, and drive project completion from start to finish

Main Responsibilities include:

• Partner with various stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines for special finance initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and data visualization to support project goals.
• Research and identify industry best practices relevant to project objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project progress and findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
• Prepare presentations and reports to clearly communicate complex financial information.
• Stay up-to-date on current financial trends 
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance finance processes and systems.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years finance experience. MBA Preferred.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technology and Infrastructure and/or experience supporting engineering preferred but not required
• Strong finance acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills 
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
