These transformation programs require strong support from IT to implement new and improved data-driven decision-making, gain better insights in performance, standardize- and simplify processes and supporting systems, and automate &amp; digitalize processes. </p> <p>The role is responsible for maintaining complex cloud-based solutions while promoting collaboration and automation throughout the development and operations lifecycle.<br/> Builds and drives a holistic understanding of software development, from architectural design to coding, testing, and deployment. <br/> The role incumbent will also effectively coordinate the Cloud DevOps engineers to drive the cloud automation and tooling development to a successful completion.</p> <p> <br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/>  <br/> Requirements Management:<br/> •    Collect the business requirements from the stakeholders (product owners, etc...), translate and document business to technical requirements.<br/> •    Produce technical solution design based on the formal requirements (High Level and Low-Level Architectural Designs).</p> <p> </p> <p>Architecture Driven Planning &amp; Delivery:<br/> •    Perform Discovery &amp; Analysis and Impact Assessments to identify and specify the required work packages to deliver the targeted architecture. <br/> •    Plan &amp; coordinate the delivery activities across the Cloud DevOps engineering team based on the business priorities, skills and resource availability.<br/> •    Take ownership for the solution delivery, coordinating and reviewing the deliverables produced by the individuals DevOps engineers.<br/> •    Optimize system performance and scalability.<br/> •    Where required, consider redesign of architecture of legacy applications into cloud native. </p> <p> </p> <p>Architecture &amp; Design: <br/> •    Designing the cloud infrastructure, cloud tooling, DevOps and automation platforms considering factors such as scalability, high availability, security, and cost optimization. <br/> •    Support the selection of appropriate cloud services and resources to support the organization's applications and services.<br/> •    Design and load testing and performance tuning.</p> <p> </p> <p>DevOps Strategy: <br/> •    Develop and implement DevOps strategies and best practices for the organization, including continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, and deployment pipelines to enhance software development efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p>Automation Development:<br/> •    Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline repetitive tasks, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud infrastructure and applications, ensuring version-control and change management. </p> <p> </p> <p>Education &amp; Training:</p> <p> </p> <p>•    Bachelor degree in a technical field;<br/> •    Languages – Fluent in the local language + fluent English proficiency</p> <p> </p> <p>Experience:</p> <p><br/> •    Cloud Platform Expertise: 5+ years of experience in at least one major cloud platform, particularly Azure; Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of cloud services, architectures, and best practices.<br/> •    Infrastructure as Code (IaC): 3-5 years of coding experience in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and Azure Resource
