In Global Business Services, we support BASF's divisions with a cross-functional network and offer modern solutions tailored to the needs of the business. As a specialized service unit we ensure a high level of customer orientation and we design our services to be cooperative, efficient and future-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS

• university degree, ideally with a background in business administration
• several years of HR experience, ideally in the areas of mobility and/or compensation & benefits
• successful participation in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as projects for the continuous improvement of service quality
• strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• proven project management experience

BENEFITS

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000-74.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.

• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
