You’ll work alongside dynamic, resourceful, and collaborative teammates.</span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>You'll be pivotal in fostering end-to-end accountability at the system level of QCD and Performance, maintaining close cooperation with the Project Manager. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, RAMS, Design Engineering, System Architecture, etc.), managing the ISR team to deliver high-quality deliverables and much more.</span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>You’ll specifically take care of the production of ISR elements during both tender and project phases, but also the planning, cost, and quality of these elements.</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>We’ll look to you for:</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Defining and implementing the ISR management Plan</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Coordinating with other Métier or Function for the design of ISR elements</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ensuring integration and compliance with standards and best practices</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Defining maintenance plans and designing LSA elements</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Managing the LSA team, workload, and team sizing</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Writing the LSA Management plan</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Another responsibility</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>All about you:</b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>We value passion and attitude over experience.
