Summary of Duties
As a AFH Licensing Supervisor, you will:
Interact with APD program staff on a regular basis to ensure that the program is operated in a consistent manner with the expectations.
Manage and direct the service delivery of the Adult Foster Home licensing functions across Washington and Columbia Counties.
Create, monitor, and evaluate systems for assuring the delivery of the program according to Rules, Statutes, and Agency best practices.
Provide leadership, direction, coaching and development to the employees providing direct service delivery of the Regulatory programs. This includes ensuring resources are available to employees to carry out timely, quality services.
Facilitate team planning, organizing, monitoring, and adjusting workload levels and duties as required to accomplish the workload of the team, as well as to motivate
