Job Summary:
We’re seeking a passionate, purpose-driven leader to guide a team that plays a vital role in changing lives. This team is the front line of our mission—connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the first steps of their journey with us. This position is on-site from our office location in Berwyn, IL, and will require travel to other locations of operation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and inspire a team focused on engaging prospective clients with compassion, clarity, and conviction, from initial outreach to onboarding.
● Ensure every interaction builds trust and communicates the life-changing potential of our services.
● Take full ownership of the early-stage client experience, with a focus on driving action, commitment, and long-term transformation.
● Set and exceed goals related to outreach effectiveness, initial consultations, an client enrollment, ensuring our mission reaches as many people as possible.
● Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategies that expand our impact and help more individuals access critical support.
● Analyze team performance data to uncover trends, eliminate barriers, and maximize client engagement.
● Provide hands-on coaching in empathetic communication, values-based conversations, and ethically addressing concerns, always putting people first.
● Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and purpose, where team members are motivated by the lives they help change.
● Develop messaging, tools, and workflows that streamline operations while reinforcing our mission at every step.
● Work closely with marketing and legal teams to ensure messaging is aligned, effective, and empowering across all client touchpoints.
● Partner with marketing to drive company growth goals.
● Take on related responsibilities to support our mission and deepen our impact.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience in managing and building a financial growth team.
● Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
● Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs and concerns.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
● Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
● Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
● Patience in dealing with challenging customer situations and resilience in handling high-pressure scenarios.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and industry trends.
