About the role

Cloudflare is a rapidly growing global company and there is nothing more important to us than delivering to our users an exceptional native experience across all languages, cultures and platforms. We are looking for an Jr Localization Producer based in Lisbon who has 2+ years of experience managing localization projects. You will be a key contributor to our worldwide marketing and our brand globally.

A successful candidate is a highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You have a demonstrated ability to manage priorities and projects, with the right mix of organizational and communication skills. You will use your localization experience and education to manage localization projects and requirements across internal and external vendors and linguists. You will also work cross-functionally with Cloudflare stakeholders to implement globalization-related solutions for the business.

What you'll do

• Support and assist in managing localization projects during their lifecycle, working with other project managers, external vendors, internal business partners and other departments
• Supervise project status and assist in communication to secure timely deliveries
• Execute project QA checks to deliver high-quality localised content and products
• Assist in removing blockers in EMEA daily localization-related operations
• Assist APAC localization project overflows and hand off overflows to NAMER

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Localization or Project Management required. Master’s degree preferred
• Native fluency in at least one foreign language and culture required
• Minimum 2+ years of localization project management experience
• Ideally, experience with web/multimedia localization, common CMS platforms and localization file types required (Smartling, Marketo, Contentful, etc.)
• Familiar with the localization industry and vendor management
• Ability to work on their own, following project’s brief and other PM’s instructions
• Culturally aware and effective in engaging and working with a diverse team
• Passionate about Cloudflare and our mission
