Building Services - MFG

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning bathrooms in offices and plant
• Empties and cleans wastebaskets, including transporting bagged waste to outside trash receptacles
• Caring for custodial equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Ability to read tape measure accurately.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
• Must be familiar with standard concepts and practices of cleaning an industrial facility.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel toed work boots, and gloves are required in plant
