About YouYou understand that in order to operate most effectively, technology teams need clear pathways of communication and decision-making, alignment with each other and the broader organization, understanding of operational processes, tools, and expectations, and strategic and tactical support. You understand where you need to step in to create more structure when/where you need to push things forward, and when/where to let things happen organically. You become uncomfortable when you notice anything is amiss, identify blockers and choose to relentlessly seek out solutions.
