We are committed to continue building a diverse, passionate, and creative team dedicated to a future where every industrial facility, everywhere on earth, is powered by abundant, clean, low-cost energy.</p></div><p><strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>We are seeking highly skilled and motivated [<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Remote with 60-80% Travel]</span> Field Engineers to lead the commissioning and start-up of Antora’s thermal energy storage plants. These Field Engineers will collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to safely commission and operate first-of-a-kind industrial installations of Antora’s technology and will be a key technical member of a cross-functional and rapidly growing organization, whose work will directly contribute to the demonstration of a first of a kind long-duration energy storage technology.&nbsp; We are looking for expertise in the following areas:</p> <ol> <li>Low and Medium Voltage (LV/MV) Equipment</li> <li>Network, Instrumentation and Controls (N, I&amp;C)</li> <li>Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP)</li> </ol> <p>This role requires strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, construction, and operations teams.</p> <p>This role requires being on long-term assignments (6-9 months) at project sites. Antora provides airfare, lodging support, daily per diems, ground transportation, and regular home-visit travel. Employees receive defined assignment objectives, performance check-ins, and accommodations to ensure a safe, supported, and successful experience.</p> <p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Commission Antora’s thermal battery systems.</li> <li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues from a first principles approach and share learnings across organization, drive issues to resolution bt coordinating both internal and external resources</li> <li>Create, follow, and provide feedback on required commissioning documentation (ITPs, checklists, punchlists, inspection reports, etc.)</li> <li>Help ensure a clean hand
