This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. Associates have the flexibility to work from home while supporting a collaborative, nationwide team.

The Associate Experience Coordinator works as part of a team to create a smooth, thoughtful, and consistent experience for associates while supporting learning, development, recognition, and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role requires a highly organized, service-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with associates and leaders at all levels, maintain accountability for results, and follow projects through to completion in a remote work environment.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support associate experience and learning and development programs through coordination, communication, tracking, troubleshooting, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate recognition-related programs by monitoring submissions, managing program records, preparing communications, and ensuring associates and leaders receive timely support.
  • Assist with award and recognition processes, including winner and nominator acknowledgments, certificate coordination, shipping logistics, tracking, and responses to program questions.
  • Support recognition programs by generating and distributing reports, coordinating with leaders, tracking special acknowledgments, answering eligibility questions, and maintaining accurate program records.
  • Support learning and development programs through course maintenance, participant tracking, communications, reporting, analytics, and initiatives that encourage participation and engagement.
  • Set up and lead calls or meetings related to assigned programs, ensuring clear communication, follow-up, and documentation.
  • Learn and use applications such as Smartsheet, LMS platforms, Synthesia, and other tools that support associate experience, learning, reporting, and communication.
  • Anticipate needs, identify gaps, follow up on open items, and help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on helping others solve problems or find the information they need.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve programs, simplify processes, strengthen communication, and enhance the associate experience.
  • Participate in People and Culture Advisory Committee (PACC) initiatives that support associate engagement, inclusion, belonging, recognition, and workplace culture.
  • Demonstrate accountability through consistent delivery of assigned work, effective prioritization, proactive communication, responsiveness, collaboration, and professional conduct.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in human resources, learning and development, program management, communications, or administrative support preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Learning Management Systems, Synthesia, or similar tools is helpful but not required. Must be willing to learn new applications.
