The Role

The primary responsibility of the Sr. Modern Workforce Consultant is advisory, consulting, and implementation services for strategy, architecture, infrastructure, and all major services. The Sr. Modern Workforce Consultant delivers consulting technical expertise or technology-based solutions for our clients.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping organizations leverage the value of Microsoft Exchange, Azure, and the M365 Platform.? Interlink is searching for someone to join our Modern Workforce practice who will work with our clients to learn and document business needs and use that knowledge to implement portals, workflows, and collaboration experiences that create business value.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Clients in a presales capacity to find opportunities and scope projects? 
• Provide third-level support to Clients? 
• Provide vital customer service while working with Clients on-site or remote? 
• Find opportunities to drive additional value to our clients while working with them? 
• Delivers technical support on client contracts 
• Attends presentations and develops proposals acting as the technical expert 
• Provides day-to-day technical, project, and process support and expertise to the client team 
• Analyzes and troubleshoots complex technology, process, and integration issues 
• Provides guidance and expertise on functions, processes, tools, technologies, service improvement programs, and technology-based solutions 
• Monitors client satisfaction and expectations 
• Monitors client environment and looks for opportunities for more work

Requirements

• Prior consulting experience is required 
• Experience with Exchange, Azure AD, and Office 365 
• Ability to establish and nurture strong internal and client-driven relationships and work seamlessly within a collaborative environment?? 
• Detail-driven and focused?? 
• Proven history of successfully solving business and technical challenges?? 
• Ability to be self-driven while being a team player? 
• Active industry certifications are preferred? 
• Decision-making and critical thinking? 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
