We are seeking a Principal who leads with purpose, builds strong teams, and creates environments where students and staff thrive.

Key Impact:


Lead school culture, instruction, and team performance
Develop educators and related services professionals through coaching and accountability
Champion student-centered, trauma-informed practices
Ensure excellence in IEP compliance and instructional delivery
Build strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders

QualificationsWho You Are:


Strategic, people-centered leader balancing data and empathy
Experience in instructional leadership and staff development
Knowledgeable in IDEA, OSSE, COMAR, and IEP processes and compliance
Holds a K–12 Administrator License
Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)
2+ years of school-based leadership or instructional/behavioral leadership experience
Strong knowledge of special education compliance
