The Opportunity

The position of Research Associate 1 in San Diego, CA, executes preclinical scientific research or development in collaboration with others for projects. 

M-Th 2:00pm-12:00am 

What You'll Work On:

• Able to conduct independent research with guidance on moderately complex problems.   Expected to adequately differentiate/explain their research/experiments. Regularly performs technical experiments, studies and assesses outcomes, obtains guidance on new procedures; building technical proficiency 

• With initial guidance, exercises technical discretion in the design, execution and interpretation of experiments.  Expectations are incumbents in the role are able to independently determine the methods and approaches to achieve their work. Works on moderately complex programs; obtains guidance for new procedures
