About the role

As the Senior Business Analyst you will support the development and execution of the IT&D strategy, based on the OGSM framework, and define and track KPIs to demonstrate progress on execution of the strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to create and shape the Essential Home IT&D strategy from the ground up, contributing to the creation of a function that drives radical simplification and technology excellence.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering impactful results. This is a unique opportunity to create something new from scratch, shaping the future of our strategic planning processes.

This position requires a robust understanding of business analysis, strategic planning, KPI governance, project management and strategy execution.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the IT&D strategy, based on the OGSM framework.
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define strategic plans.
• Define, track and publish a KPI framework that clearly demonstrates progress on execution of the strategy.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
