We are seeking talents for our Vallejo Plant for the position of:

 Industrial safety and hygiene leader

Non - Managerial

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Vallejo Plant.

Work schedule: Full-time position.

Qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Biochemical, Environmental or related Engineering.

Scope of the Role:

The mail objective is to guarantee the right implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) program across all the plant. This is achieved by providing the right technical support to manufacturing, warehouse, utilities, facilities and environmental areas and being in compliance with local and corporative regulations at P&G.

Main responsibilities:

• You will own the Management of Change process for all new technologies and processes across the plant and its different categories.
• Lead and support Incident Investigation and runs the Incident Management program through the Daily Management System in all the plant areas.
• Lead weekly meetings in the different forums of the plant, sharing the results and gap analysis in terms of safety.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams passionate about improvement for Ergonomics and safety in all manufacturing areas.
• Develop and deploy safety campaigns across the site to improve the safety culture in all employees.
• Prepare audits/visits of your competencies.
• Execute simple project activities
• Executes activities related to total plant safety campaigns.
• Prepare and lead internal and external audits.

Job Qualifications

• Live in Mexico City and available to work in Vallejo.
• Recent graduate of any Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental or related Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of administration, projects management, logistics, immediate response or intelligence.
• Basic / Intermediate English.
• Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
• Great leadership skills and passion for People Development.
• Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, good communication skills, and priority-setting.
