• Exchange and communicate with international teams and Managing Directors to stay updated on projects, finances, and employees
• Prepare reports and quarterly results of international entities
• Manage project budgets and financial figures in a digital project management tool
• Assist with international invoicing procedures
• Handle inquiries for international entities
• Keep records of international employees and entities
• Assist with creating international recharges and analysis
• Conduct regular target-actual comparison of project budgets and financial figures
• Facilitate the rollout of global standards into markets
