Senior Executive Director - IDD

As the Senior Executive Director, you will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a large portfolio of IDD residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ODP and HCBS standards.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.
• Drive program growth, innovation, and community integration initiatives.
• Serve as the second-in-command to divisional leadership, with full accountability for financial perdoamnce, staffing, and service outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

 

• 7-10 years' experience overseeing and managing programs for individuals with an IDD
• BA/BS in Human Service field 
• graduate degree preferred
• 5 years administration experience
