The Opportunity

Flock's Video business is growing rapidly across native cameras, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations. We're looking for a Product Manager to own the cloud Video experience—from customer-facing workflows like live viewing and playback to the platform and infrastructure that power them. You'll partner cross-functionally to build intuitive, scalable video products, own the Video Pipeline and UI roadmap, and help shape the long-term strategy for one of Flock's fastest-growing product areas.

You will:

• Own the roadmap for the end-to-end video experience, including onboarding, live viewing, playback, search, and video management.

• Drive the strategy for Flock's cloud video platform and third-party integrations, balancing customer needs with platform scalability and reliability.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver impactful video products and successful launches.

• Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities.

The Skillset

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building SaaS, platform, or infrastructure products.

• Experience owning technically complex products spanning customer experience and backend systems.

• Strong technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, APIs, distributed systems, and architecture.

• Customer-obsessed with a track record of turning user feedback into product strategy.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and balance short-term execution with long-term vision.

• Experience with video technologies, cloud infrastructure, integrations, or enterprise software is a plus.

90 Days at Flock

First 30 Days

• Build relationships with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and Product teams.

• Learn Flock's Video portfolio, customer workflows, and cloud video architecture.

• Meet with customers and internal teams to understand pain points and opportunities.

• Get up to speed on the current roadmap and ongoing engineering initiatives.

First 60 Days

• Take ownership of key Video initiatives from planning through execution.

• Continue customer discovery and prioritize improvements across the product and platform.

• Draft and align on the Video roadmap with cross-functional partners.

• Become the primary product partner for your engineering team.

90 Days & Beyond

• Own the Video roadmap and long-term strategy for the platform and integrations.

• Deliver meaningful customer-facing and platform improvements.

• Drive cross-functional alignment while balancing customer needs, platform investments, and business priorities.

• Establish yourself as the product leader for one of Flock's fastest-growing product areas.

Salary & Equity

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $165,000 and $195,000 as well as Flock Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
