The Manager of Research Finance will oversee all Office of Research Finance business functions, including accounting and systematic compliance functions. Provide the research division's internal and external stakeholders and partner's, including Principal Investigators and Sponsor organizations such as the NIH, timely and accurate accounting and financial reporting services that comply with applicable federal and external sponsor regulations and requirements.&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide leadership in all areas affecting Research Finance; </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">operational management for sponsored program post-award administration, management and grant accounting.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for improving post award management leading to better, more standardized post award sponsored projects’ administration and compliance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manages, plans, and evaluates operations to ensure financial compliance with all relevant federal (2 C.F.R.
