We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team and provide Data & Analytics support to our Data Management team. This position will be in Franklin, TN and will be a full-time role for Summer 2024.

During the course of this internship, you will have the chance to:

  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and data science algorithms
  • Analyze and manage data across multiple business domains such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Purchasing
  • Leverage data science skills to discover findings within the data
  • Acquire data, profile and clean in collaboration with data stewards
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Proactively analyze data to increase quality as it relates to accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, timeliness, conformity, and validity
  • Leverage modern tools, algorithms, and open-source capabilities

In order to qualify for this role, you must:

  • Currently be pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or Data Science
  • Have knowledge of databases, SQL, and programming (Python)
  • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills
