In this role, you will:

• Develop, articulate and execute the product roadmap in support of the “post-bind” process, which encompasses everything after an insurance policy is finalized, including payments, policy administration and claims management 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business objectives
• Leverage and extend Parsyl’s existing investment in proprietary software and AI to deliver a “single pane of glass” throughout the lifecycle of a risk 
• Manage integrations with key third party providers in service of delivering on the post-bind product vision
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and design teams to deliver high-quality, well-designed products that meet user needs and exceed business objectives

Requirements

This role is hybrid, based from our office in the RiNo Arts District area of Denver.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of product management or relevant work experience
• A history of proven delivery
• Ability to communicate effectively, write strong product requirements, and drive action across functions and teams.
• A detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects & priorities
• Experience working in (and helping define) an evolving product development process

It's a bonus if you also have:

• Familiarity with the Insurance industry
• Experience working at a startup and/or at an insurtech

Benefits

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $130,000-$150,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
