Insurance Senior Director of Finance

This role is a critical leadership role at Porch Group; The insurance division generates most of the revenue, Adjusted EBITDA and growth for Porch Group. This role leads finance for the insurance division and leads a team of 5 members. This is a highly visible role that partners with the senior leadership team of the insurance division, and the CEO, COO, and CFO of Porch Group. Insurance Finance includes, i) financial planning and analysis for the Porch Insurance Services Segment, ii) pricing for the Porch Insurance Services Segment, iii) financial planning and analysis for the Porch Reciprocal Exchange (i.e. the insurance carrier that Porch manages, but does not own), iv) capital planning and risk management for the Porch Reciprocal Exchange.

This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and will partner with the i) Insurance President and General Manager, ii) Insurance Senior Director of Growth and Development, iii) Insurance Senior Director of Product and Insurance Strategy, iv) Insurance Senior Direct of Claims and Underwriting.

What You Will Do As An Insurance Senior Director of Finance

Strategic Financial Planning

• Provide data-driven insights that drive profitable growth.
• Capital planning for the Reciprocal Exchange, driving both adequate and efficient capital strategy.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the insurance division and the Reciprocal Exchange.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
