Sr Data Analyst

Overview

The Senior Data Analyst is part of a team that shapes how data is managed across the federal government. This fast paced position involves taking a hard look at data governance and usage and formulating forward-looking guidance and policies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and quick learner with a god grasp of the intelligence community and be able to research, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee database organizations, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide technical consulting in the definition, design, and creation of data environments.
• Advise applications development staff data solutions to business problems, data architectures, data base management system facilities and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS and 18+ years of experience or a Master and 10+ years of experience
• Experience working with seniors to define and oversee database organizations, standards, controls, procedures and/or documentationExperience providing the definition, design and creation of data environmentExperience providing data solutions advice to business problems, data architectures and data base management systems
