The Senior Administrative Coordinator I provides high-level administrative, executive, advancement, compliance, and project support to the Chief of Staff and the Office of the Dean. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily operations, managing sensitive and confidential matters, supporting advancement activities, and helping ensure the timely execution of strategic and administrative priorities.

Location/Schedule: Bryan, TX/Full-Time; This position may require work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends.

Responsibilities
Executive Administrative Support:
Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief of Staff while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Manages complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials to support executive operations and decision-making.
Coordinates meeting logistics, including agendas, room reservations, virtual meeting support, catering, and meeting minutes.
Serves as a primary point of contact for inquiries directed to the Chief of Staff and helps facilitate timely communication and follow-up.
Tracks action items, monitors deadlines, and supports implementation of priorities and special projects for the Office of the Dean.
Coordinates visits for guests, visitors, and dignitaries.
Processes approvals, prepares reports, and drafts correspondence and other administrative materials.
Serves as a collaborative member of the Office of the Dean
