THE JOB:
Join our team as a Facility Supervisor, where you'll maintain and repair equipment while creating exceptional guest experiences with your welcoming smile. By connecting with guests and understanding their unique needs, you’ll craft "WOW" memories they’ll cherish long after their stay. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Monitor building automation systems, fire systems, elevator systems, hotel systems, and preventative maintenance systems.
Supervise and coordinate various special projects to ensure they meet design and budget requirements.
Ensure adherence to appropriate safety regulations and procedures.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and complete necessary inspection forms for compliance.
Collaborate with the Safety Manager to train employees on OSHA Standards and address guest complaints promptly with effective problem-solving skills.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience in a hotel or industrial complex is preferred.
