SALARY: $14.25/hr

SHIFT: Part-time including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts include 9am-5pm or 10am-4pm.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Anheuser-Busch Tour Center boasts an array of signature tours & experiences, including Brewery Lights. Our Guest Relations Associates will answer guests’ calls and messages, delivering information and assisting guests with bookings our experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professionally respond to electronic and phone requests to book daily tours for Warm Springs Ranch and St. Louis Brewery Experiences. 

• Provide consistent and accurate experience information.

• Provide excellent guest service and proactively anticipate guest needs.

• Ad Hoc report requests from location management pulled from booking system.

• Interest in energetically describing experiences revolving around beer and Clydesdales. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Interpersonal and customer services skills required.

• Time-management skills to respond to customer emails, calls, and other requests timely.

• Must be able to follow structured sale scripts.

• Excellent verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a customer facing or call center environment preferred.
