Internship - Data Scientist

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for a 6-month internship in Data Sciences starting as soon as possible ?

 

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Gateway Services team in a fast-paced, global organization within a dynamic indutry. Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to the digital transformation of the ground resources and workflows, tracking key gateway data and events, analysing the trends, and improving the gateway workflow model and performance.
In this context, your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Understand the Workflow and conduct Gateway Service Changes with the GS Team;
• Discover Data Sources, automate Data Collection and develop Data-Driven Insights;
• Understand and refine the Digital Model of Gateway Data and Workflows;
• Automate Trend Analysis, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators;
• Improve Workflow Automation and draft the future of Gateway Intelligence.

 
YOUR PROFILE

1. You must have

• Be a student in any domain related to Information Technology, Software Development, Data Science/Analysis/Engineering;
• Have knowledge in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (course attendance and some experience);
• Have strong computer literacy. Mainly in MS Applications: 365, Azure, Power BI…etc;
• Be fluent in spoken and written English;
• Be able to work in Luxembourg (EU-citizenship or current valid work permit for Luxembourg).

 

2. It would be nice if you had

• Knowledge in Service Management, ITIL, Business and Operation Support Systems;
• Strong interest in the global technology, and satellite communications;
• Additional languages considered an asset.
