Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the clinical department, reporting to our Chief Clinical Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
• Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
• Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
• Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
• May responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing.
• May direct and lead the work of others.
• May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
• Create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents as needed.
• Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
• May cover the reception desk when required.
• Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars and arrange staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, clerk, or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in behavioral health duties is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: starting at $17.00/per hour
