What you'll do...

Area Manager, Reliability Operations Location: Matteson, IL The Reliability Operations Area Manager will help lead our reliability team in the upkeep of our automation, robots, conveyance, and building in our fulfillment center. You'll ensure peak performance and minimal downtime across advanced systems, from conveyor networks to robotic picking units. If you are passionate about reliability, innovation, and keeping complex operations running smoothly, this is your opportunity to make a major impact for our members and associates. What you’ll do:

• Provide guidance and technical training to maintenance technicians on safety, process, and compliance
• Partner with other departments to identify and optimize process and safety
• Perform audits and administrative tasks to ensure proper tracking of KPIs, inventory, compliance, and safety
• Understand KPIs and develop plans on how to improve metrics
• Use of CMMS and other sources to document and communicate

What you’ll bring:

• Background in automation and industrial maintenance
• Knowledge and adherence around LOTO and safety compliance
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Continuous improvement – Ability to consistently identify opportunities in safety, process, and engagement
• Ability to lead and manage associates and partner with other departments

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
