In this role, as a Server and Systems Administrator, your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You'll monitor system performance, perform regular updates and backups, manage user accounts and access controls, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, you'll implement security measures to protect data and systems, collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades, and provide technical support to end-users. Documentation of system configurations and procedures is also a key part of the role.

What makes you successful:

• You will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with relevant experience.
• You have proven experience as a Server and Systems Administrator or similar role.
• You have strong knowledge of server operating systems.
• You will have experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• You are familiar with network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
