Job Overview
Medius is seeking an experienced Senior Application Consultant with a strong focus on international projects to join our Professional Services team. In this senior role, you will partner with high-profile customers worldwide, acting as a trusted advisor on their automation journey and driving the optimization of workflow processes across the Medius suite of products.

You will take ownership of complex customer engagements, lead solution design discussions, and play a key role in ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realization. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead consultant in customer projects, from design through implementation and go-live.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a strategic advisor on workflow automation and process improvements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and data, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Design and configure Medius applications, ensuring alignment with customer business needs and industry best practices.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing expertise and guiding them in project delivery.
• Stay up to date on Medius product capabilities and industry trends to proactively advise customers.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Support clients during testing, training, and change management, ensuring smooth adoption and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with the global Professional Services team, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in consulting roles, ideally with SaaS/Cloud-based IT systems.
• Strong background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
