<p>Are you a law student with a keen interest in compliance, governance, and commercial operations? ERGO Nordic is looking for a Commercial Compliance Assistant to support our Commercial Division in ensuring adherence to internal frameworks and regulatory expectations.</p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong> About the Role</strong></p><p>As a student assistant, you’ll play a key role in promoting a strong compliance culture by supporting operational tasks, documentation, and audit preparation. This is a part-time position (approx. 15 hours/week), ideal for someone currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field.</p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Support compliance with ERGO’s Norms Framework, Policies &amp; Guidelines</li> <li>Assist in maintaining documentation and registers</li> <li>Help prepare materials for audits</li> <li>Contribute to compliance-related process descriptions and internal instructions</li> <li>Participate in awareness and training initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate with Legal &amp; Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit teams</li> </ul><p><strong><br/>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Analytical mindset and interest in compliance</li> <li>Effective communicator with a collaborative attitude</li> <li>High integrity and respect for confidentiality</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)</li> <li>Ideally some knowledge of IDD, GDPR, DORA, Contract Law, or Insurance Law</li> </ul><p><br/><strong>Language &amp; Location</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong professional proficiency in English and a local language</li> <li><strong></strong>Familiarity with other Scandinavian languages is a plus</li> </ul><p><strong><br/>Education</strong></p><ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Law or related discipline</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Further Information</strong></p><p>If you want to know more about the role, please reach out to:<br/>Niels Lundsteen at phone +4529890990 </p><p></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>Please upload your application letter and CV as soon as possible.
