If so, this role as (Senior) Downstream Technician in our Late-stage Process Development department is the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p></p><p><b>Our Department </b></p><p><span><span>The</span><span> Late-Stage Process Development Department plays a crucial role in the transition of processes from clinical-scale to commercial manufacturing. The department is composed by three teams</span><span> of technicians and scientists </span><span>responsible for running </span><span>Late-Stage</span><span> processes - robustness studies, qualification of scale-down models</span><span>, </span><span>process characterization</span><span>, </span><span>and GMP regulated </span><span>Cell Banks</span><span>.</span><span> </span><span>You will be part of a group of highly dedicated technicians and scientists collaborating </span><span>across</span><span> different technical disciplines</span><span> in customer projects</span><span>. </span><span>Your main task will be to conduct experiments and practical laboratory work</span><span> in the upstream laboratory.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span><span>We develop processes for products produced in both mammalian and microbial cell lines and collaborate with various stakeholders such as Analytical Method Development and Manufacturing. You will experience a dynamic and flexible working place with many opportunities to both contribute and develop.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>We are seeking a trained laboratory technician (Laborant) with hands-on experience in fundamental laboratory techniques.</p><p></p><p>Your primary tasks will include conducting experiments and practical downstream lab work using the following technologies, in addition to:</p><ul><li><p><span>Clarification/Centrifugation</span></p></li><li><p>Chromatography (both at purification and analytical level)</p></li><li><p>Ultrafiltration</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in protein purification methods.</p></li><li><p>Background in development laboratories or pilot-scale production.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with working in a cGMP environment is considered a plus.</p></li><li><p>Experience or interest in analytical methods such as UV/VIS Spectrophotometry, HPLC, and (preferably) CE SDS/iCE.</p></li><li><p>Are interested in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>A positive mindset with flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on new tasks and responsibilities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to uncertainties.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Application</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>To apply, please submit your CV.
