Due to Federal contract requirements, US citizenship is required for this position.
The day-to-day:
You will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems; manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems; provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. And you’ll provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.

Basic Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years' experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher is required.
- TS/SCI
- Any candidate must have most, if not all, of the skill sets listed here.
- Linux (CentOS, RedHat RHEL)
- Account and Group Management (local, LDAP, PAM, sssd)
- DNS
- Scripting (bash)
- OpenSSL/SSH
- Key management
- Log management
- Package Management (yum, rpm, dnf)
- Troubleshooting skills
- PXEBoot/Kickstart
- Command line editors (vi, vim)
- System networking (ifconfig, ip, netstat, ethtool, iptables, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (desired not required):
- DevOps (Puppet, SIMP/Puppet).
- Git (version control).
- RH KVM (Virt-Manager, virsh, qemu).
- Desktop Managment (VNC, tigerVNC, xRDP).
- Scripting (ruby, python, perl).
- Networking/Switch/Firewall experience (cisco).
