About the role

About curbFlowcurbFlow's Vision AI technology provides its clients the ability to auto-measure their physical operations using their own IP cameras. There are over a billion IP cameras deployed in the world, and curbFlow's mission is to convert them to more valuable, real-time measurement tools so they can collect business-critical data like pedestrian and vehicle counts for retail and QSR's, guest tracing for commercial real estate, staff engagement in hospitality, and queue times and throughput for live entertainment, to name a few of our clients' use cases.
Enterprise clients include Taco Bell/Yum Brands, NYC's largest 7-11 franchisee, Goodwill, Brightline, Merlin Entertainments (owner of Legoland) and JBG Smith, developer of Amazon's HQ2.
curbFlow is venture funded by leading VC's General Catalyst and Initialized Capital (Garry Tan) and has recently raised another round of funding.
Leadership & CulturecurbFlow is founded by a former Y Combinator founder with a meaningful exit under his belt. The company has operated as a distributed team since its founding in 2018 with team members living throughout North America, with hub offices in New York, Washington DC-area and Vancouver.
About the RoleWe are seeking MBA interns to join our fast-growing Vision AI company. Interns will work closely with the management, operations and marketing teams to identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies to enhance business processes. Interns will have an opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business operations, including sales forecasting, and vendor management
  • Improve the client success process through sales, deployment, and activation
  • Support the development of financial models to assess the potential impact of new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the implementation of new initiatives and projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a top 20 MBA program
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite, especially Sheets and Slides
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in business operations, supply chain management, or product development is a plus
  • Preferred in-office in Midtown Manhattan company hub, but will consider remote candidates
  • Ability to complete a full-time consecutive 10 week program beginning in June 2023
