The Project Coordinator is a business professional responsible for a diverse set of administrative tasks including project support activities and operational contact for internal and external communications. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. The employee may be required to work in tight, confided spaces. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

What You'll Do:
- Safety is E2’s number one Core Value. Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies.
- Promotes company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.
- Engages regional team to identify areas of improvement. Proposes and assists in development and implementation for accurate and efficient practices.
- Creates Purchase Orders and Job Setups for all E2 Organizations. This entails being available in the corporate ticketing system queue during business hours.
- Facilities oversite and support ensuring a clean. organized, secure, presentable office environment at all times.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual inventory received and stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Assist in the creation of RMA's with vendors and coordinates with the Logistic Technician in returning the material properly
- Oversees schedules for field technicians for project labor based on field hours needed.
- Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associates Degree is preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in the construction industry as a project coordinator.
- 3-5 years of scheduling experience preferred
- Skills:
- Demonstratedprofessionaldemeanorandcommunicationswithcustomers,fieldteam,vendors, and management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management body of knowledge understanding
