We’re looking for an operations-minded leader to drive our charge towards smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working. You’ll lead a team laser-focused on optimizing core processes across payments, fraud, risk, service, and more – clearing friction, inefficiencies, and finding better ways to win. From strategic cost-of-sales decisions to AI-powered process re-designs, you’ll push the business toward scalable, tech-enabled solutions that will drive measurable impact and unlock long-term value. If you’re obsessed with impact, efficiency, and making great teams even better – this role is for you.
