Program Management and Strategic Planning Specialist

Responsibilities
Program Management and Strategic Plan Development - Assist office to develop mission focused strategic plan (i.e. roadmap) and architecting from the ground up an associated program management framework (i.e. program plan) required to execute the defined mission of the office.
Program Management and Roadmap Execution - Execute, evolve and daily management of program management plan outlined within a program management framework all done in conjunction with the objectives outlined by the strategic plan of the office and evolving tactical requirements
Execution Metrics and Program Status Services - Develop regular status reports, briefing packages and associated tasks for office leadership in preparation for stakeholder meetings (Congressional engagements, leadership status briefings, etc.) Develop metrics and tracking if program and roadmap execution.
- Serve as a focal point for IOC and keeping team to milestones
- Build and manage a triage system for IOC
- Set up and manage a site for information sharing and governance; document in a SOP
- Set up and run an internal case certification process
- Assist in policy coordination
- Coordinate and implement a workforce training development plan (post IOC)
- Coordinate and implement stakeholder education and process training
- Assist knowledge manager with tool development
- Coordinate and implement ad-hoc taskings
Qualifications
Required:
- BS/BA and 12+ years of experience; Masters and 10+ years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
- Significant experience in project managements, strategic planning, and systems integration
- Document management experience in Hive
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Program and Strategic Management Plan Development and Execution
- Experience supporting and interfacing with senior customer leaders

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
